Most of us endure our sacrifice putting our mission ahead of ourselves and our families. That's why some teachers add a side project to earn extra income. Both my parents were teachers and both took on additional work to overcome the lack of good pay as a teacher. You and I know, teachers are worth a lot more than they're paid. In our company, I would rather have 1 teacher than 10 salespeople because our business is the business of training others to be successful and in return, we become successful. Unlike teaching, we are paid in direct proportion to the contribution we make to others.
